2. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

The above timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

3. Shipping Method & Carrier

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping

  • Carriers: UPS / FedEx or equivalent international logistics providers

Order tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided after shipment

  • Tracking information is usually updated within 48–72 hours

  • If tracking information is unavailable, please contact customer service for assistance
