Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you sign for and receive the product.

This policy applies to orders paid via:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

Shipping Cost Policy:

  • If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Company.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as not liking the product or incorrect size selection), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

  • Shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Order number

Step 2: Review & Confirmation

Customer service will review your request and provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product

Please return the product according to the following requirements:

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Fragile items must be properly protected

  • Include order information or proof inside the package

  • Do not return the item without prior confirmation from customer service

Step 4: Resolution

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process:

  • A refund
    or

  • An exchange

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day return period

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are no longer resalable

  • Missing packaging, accessories, or free gifts

  • Incorrect selection of size, specification, or style due to personal reasons

  • Logistics or information issues not caused by the Company

Final eligibility is subject to inspection and approval.

4. Product Quality Issues

If the product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence.

After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement
    or

  • Full refund

If confirmed as a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Company.

5. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order has been submitted and enters processing:

  • Orders generally cannot be directly canceled or modified

  • If you wish to change the product, please return it after receipt following the return process and place a new order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be completed upon delivery.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery failure or delays.
