Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty service from the date of purchase, applicable only to quality issues caused by manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, the Company will provide repair or replacement services based on the actual situation.

The following are not covered under warranty (including but not limited to):

  • Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scratches, fading, etc.)

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, or human-related factors

  • Damage caused by corrosion or environmental conditions

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or structural alteration (e.g., drilling, welding, etc.)

  • Damage caused by water, liquid exposure, or humid environments

Complimentary accessories are not covered under warranty.

2. Battery Warranty

Battery products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty (pro-rated).

During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company will provide repair or replacement services. Any repaired or replaced battery will retain the original warranty period, which is calculated from the original purchase date and will not be reset.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, battery warranty does not support cash refunds.

The following are not covered under battery warranty:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper storage

  • Exposure to liquids, chemicals, or extreme environments (e.g., high temperature, sand, dust, etc.)

  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents that do not affect functionality)

  • Issues caused by non-official or incompatible accessories

  • Failure to follow instructions for installation, use, or maintenance

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, voltage irregularities, etc.)

  • Use of improper chargers or incorrect charging behavior

  • Broken seals or signs of tampering

  • Use in non-designated devices or unintended applications

3. Eligible Warranty Users

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product through the Company’s official channels, effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty rights may be transferred to a new owner if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is still within the 12-month warranty period

  • The new owner can provide original order information and proof of purchase

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request via customer service email and provide:

    • Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    • Photos or videos showing the product issue

  2. It is recommended to contact customer service in advance for initial confirmation of the issue and possible solutions.

  3. All warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the date of purchase; late requests may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence.

After verification, the Company will provide a replacement or appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Note:
Minor cosmetic issues on complimentary accessories (such as scratches) are generally not eligible for separate replacement or compensation.
